Trainheroic Program

Our Trainheroic weightlifting programming serves a variety of athletes - from beginners to elites, from Youth to Masters. Each block is written to create well-balanced, strong, and confident athletes who are ready for competition.

We have two different programs that are delivered via the Trainheroic App. On the app, you will be able to track your weights, watch demo videos, and chat with your teammates.

Heavy Metal Club -
5 Sessions/Week

Heavy Metal Barbell Club is designed for athletes to train and improve Olympic Weightlifting movements through intentional programming and high-level coaching.

In addition to clearly defined training periods and process goals, our coaches will support you in National competition and provide feedback on your training.

Masters of Metal -
4 Sessions/Week

Our Masters of Metal program is a 4-day-a-week program geared towards our Masters athlete. This program will follow the USA Masters Weightlifting Calendar to have you peaked and ready to go for USAW Master Meets.
