Heavy Metal Barbell is designed for athletes to gain proficiency with the Olympic Weightlifting movements through intentional programming and high-level coaching. The first step in our program begins with Barbell Basics.
This course is ideal for those interested in learning about weightlifting, instilling good technique, or those who need refining for Crossfit workouts. Barbell Basics is a 12 session small group program that can be purchased alone or added to your membership.
